Returns Policy

Masks and Headdresses:
Due to the special event use of masks and costumes some restrictions apply. Please read the full policy.

Your comfort and happiness is important to me. If there is a problem with your mask please contact me. - Alyssa Ravenwood, designer.

Returns on "Ready to Ship" items and "Made to Order" leather masks or leather costume pieces:

-You must contact Ravenwood Masks within 24 hours of receiving the item to be given a refund and within 3 days for store credit. Item must be returned postmarked within 3 days of the delivery date. Item must be returned in new, unworn condition.

-A 15% charge to sanitize the item may be applied for masks returned with signs of wear (sorry, but we do not know where your face has been. Sanitizing a mask involves repainting the inside.)

-Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Items that are returned from outside the US because the customs fees were not paid are not eligible for refund of cost or shipping. Please check with your local PO before you purchase from outside the USA. There may be customs fees or tariffs which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns on "Made to Order" neoprene and vacuumformed items:
Due to the labor intensive nature of these items all sales are final.

All sales are final for specialty ordered designs and customer specially requested colors or alterations.

If you have a problem with the fit or quality of a mask please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to discuss possible solutions or alterations. Additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

Please read the measurements of the mask before purchasing.

If the package was damaged in the mail please contact us. The packages are insured.

- International shipments offer limited insurance.
- Shipping fees and times do not include possible customs fees or delays. We have no way of knowing what or if your government may charge you. Customs fees are the responsibility of the client. Items returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.
-Please contact your local post office to inquire about customs fees before purchasing if you are worried about the charges.
